Reconstructing the Dead

Sajal mobilises the CBI, recruits forensic entomologist Dr Ranjeet Sinha, and digitally reconstructs Mohan’s last day. Through her father, the deepest wound surfaces: as a child Neha was raped for a year by her uncle — now a Chief Minister — who murdered her parents. She refuses to flee, and lines up Sairam.

The Penrose Trick
Neha “teaches” Sajal the Candice case: a rapist who beat DNA tests for years using another person’s blood — a sly window into her own evasion. Sajal dissolves his private cabin to sit with the team and profile seven victims, the scattered dumps suggesting more than one killer. At 2 a.m., Mishra summons the team to Delhi on a PMO emergency.
The HookNeha narrates her own genius to the man hunting her, as a bigger threat seizes the case.
